Before NF, there was NP. Nintendo Power was a long running magazine, originally produced in-house at Nintendo. Over the publication’s many years, it evolved and changed with time as well as with new ownership. Nintendo Switch Launch Survival Guide

Can Switch Outsell Wii?!

The new President of Nintendo has made some bold claims. Mr Kimishima believes that lightning has struck twice, and that Nintendo Switch can outsell even the Wii. Those are some big boots to fill! Simeon and Scott are here to discuss the implications of his statement, and determine whether or not those kind of sales figures are a possibility in today’s gaming climate.

We phoned a couple different customer service reps, and they were very helpful… even in the face of the complete nonsense that we were throwing at them. And with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe releasing in North America yesterday, what better way to play RPS than with Mario Kart items? Breath of the Wild may be receiving perfect scores from around the industry, but its recent DLC expansion pass announcement was not met with as much enthusiasm. Simeon and Scott take a look at Nintendo’s downloadable content track record today before discussing the promise of added content for Link’s newest adventure. How Switch Can be Improved with Patches

Nintendo succeeded in winning our hearts with the Switch. It’s a fantastic console that’s just begging to be played. However, it is missing some no-brainer features, and we can only hope that their software team is working on implementing those. Things like Internet Browsers and, you know, the violent DEATH of friend codes!
