#567 – SEGA fans, rejoice – your time has come. This Master System classic has been remastered and released on the Switch! This is a RPG-ish, Metroidvania-ish, Zelda II-ish game that looks and sounds stunning in the rereleased version. Beautiful hand-drawn graphics are really on display here, so take a look at the footage as you hear our thoughts!

Trip to a Retro Arcade (Vlog)

While Ryan Van Liere was in town for the launch of Nintendo Switch, Simeon and Scott decided to take him out for a night of fun at the local arcade. Revisiting Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past

With Breath of the Wild sweeping our Game of the Year Awards, we thought it appropriate to go back “in time” and play a game from the past… A Link to the Past, to be precise. This SNES Classic is a gem, even by today’s standards. With modern games like Blossom Tales still taking nods from ALttP, it’s clear that this title was made to stand the test of time.

Recently, Scott was fortunate enough to make it to one of the Zelda Escape Rooms put on by SCRAP and Nintendo. He traveled to Seattle with his friends Joel and Meagan, and Vlogged the whole way! Just Dance Off! (Switch)

Somehow, Simeon and Scott were coerced into making this terrible video of themselves playing Just Dance on Nintendo Switch. What can we say? Whatever the patrons want, the patrons get. Nintendo put out a short series of videos documenting the development process of their latest and greatest title: Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. How Nintendo Handles DLC

Breath of the Wild may be receiving perfect scores from around the industry, but its recent DLC expansion pass announcement was not met with as much enthusiasm. Simeon and Scott take a look at Nintendo’s downloadable content track record today before discussing the promise of added content for Link’s newest adventure. Mario Kart 8 is getting a facelift, and it’s coming to Nintendo Switch! In another show of Nintendo listening to their fans, they’ve completely updated Battle Mode in this entry of their kart racer series, while throwing in a bunch of extra characters, karts, and modes. #529 – This has been a long time coming. Scott has been noticing some very questionable behavior in Simeon, and there was nothing else to do but sit down and talk it out. Scott decided that it would be best to capture the confrontation on film, so that if worse came to worse, he’d have video proof. What ended up happening, he could never have expected. Watch what came of the intervention.
